ZINC OINTMENT BP is a traditional topical preparation that contains zinc and is applied to protect the skin from irritation.  Zinc oxide acts as skin barrier to prevent and heal skin irritation. Users generally apply a generous amount of Zinc Ointment to completely cover the treatment area.
