Step 1: Cleanse Hair & Scalp
Apply shampoo to wet hair, gently massage into hair and scalp and rinse thoroughly with water. Suitable for everyday use.

Step 2: Condition & Nourish Hair
Squeeze excess water from the hair and apply conditioner. Leave for 1–2 minutes, or for a more intensive treatment wrap hair in a warm towel and leave for 5–10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Suitable for everyday use.

Step 3: Cleanse Skin
Apply shower gel to wet skin, massage gently and rinse with water. Suitable for everyday use.

Step 4: Treat & Moisturise
Apply a thin, even layer to the affected area, ensuring complete coverage. Massage gently into the skin until fully absorbed to help nourish, hydrate and support the skin’s natural barrier.
