I purchased 4 pairs of Clinifast Child Gloves in Medium. I thought they were quite pricey so I researched cheaper alternatives beforehand on Amazon - but in the end I took the plunge with this purchase because these gloves were the only ones that I could find long enough to cover the wrists. My child is nearly 7 with slender fingers and these are a perfect snug fit, so they don't come off during the night. My child has suffered with dry cracked skin on his wrist and the knuckle of one hand for some time, despite liberal use of moisturiser during the day and last thing at night. He doesn't mind wearing the gloves, thankfully. Within 2 weeks of applying moisturiser, followed by emollient and wearing these gloves every night, these areas of cracked skin have completely disappeared. I wash these gloves after each wear at 40 degrees and then air dry them (slow to dry). There is no deterioration in quality. Initially I tried the wet to dry process (emollient, wet gloves followed by another pair of dry gloves), but the fit was too snug - so I would recommend buying the next size up for the outer pair of gloves if interested in doing this.
All in all, I think this is a great product & definitely worth the money. These gloves will last until they no longer fit.
