1. The money back guarantee is applicable to residents of the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over only.
2. This promotion applies to the Elave Head To Toe Regime purchased from elaveskincare.com from 10 September 2025. All claims must be made within one month of purchase. Any claims received after this date will not be processed and will be deemed invalid.
3. This offer is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
4. If you are not satisfied that the result obtained from using your Elave Head To Toe Regime after 1 month from purchase is as you would have expected, simply email our team at onlineshop@gardinerfmailyapothecary.com, including a statement describing why you are not 100% satisfied with the result, along with your original receipt we will refund you the purchase price paid.
5. On receipt of the claim with a valid receipt, providing the terms and conditions have been adhered to and your claim is valid, we will issue a refund by credit for elaveskincare.com. If you earned any Loyalty Points with this purchase, you will retain these. If you paid with Loyalty Points, the Loyalty Points spent on the product you are returning will be refunded onto your Loyalty Points Profile.
6. All claim forms must be sent no sooner than one month after the date of purchase (as per the date printed on your receipt/invoice/delivery note).
7. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted.
8. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide correct, up-to-date details when submitting their claim. The Seller cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects their claim.
9. No requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will be honoured. Only natural persons participating as consumers are able to claim and if the Seller suspects a participant is in breach of this term, the participant’s claims will be deemed invalid.
10. Applications are limited to 1 application per invoice. Multiple claims will be rejected. Use of multiple addresses to obtain additional refunds is fraud and is strictly against the rules. In the event the Seller suspects a participant is in breach of this term, the participant’s claims will be deemed invalid.
11. This money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
12. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Seller, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this offer, the Seller reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer or these Terms and Conditions.
13. This money back guarantee is administered on behalf of Ovelle Limited. Your personal data will be used by Ovelle Limited solely for the purposes of administering your refund claim.
14. The Seller and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
15. By submitting a refund request you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
16. Governing Law:
- For consumers based in the Republic of Ireland, the law of Ireland will apply to all parties and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
- For consumers based in the United Kingdom, English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
