Manuka Honey UMF 10+

Manuka honey is a type of honey native to New Zealand which is valued for its host of healing properties. It is produced by bees which pollinate the flowers of the Manuka bush. Manuka’s antibacterial and bacterial resistant properties, attributed to an active ingredient called methylglyoxal, set it apart from other honeys. This means that bacteria should not be able to build up a tolerance to its antibacterial effects.

especially for those who work outdoors or enjoy outdoor sports. The UV index is
typically low enough between September and March in Ireland forSPF30 to provide
adequate coverage. If you are going on a ski trip or winter sun break, however, you
should use a sunscreen with broad spectrumSPF50.

Eczema is a dry, itchy skin condition that affects 1 in 5 babies and 1 in 12 adults in Ireland. The cold, wet, winter weather typical of this time of year is particularly challenging, because when temperatures dip skin cells dehydrate and compromise the integrity of the dermal barrier.
