Elave Skincare is once again supporting TinyLife, Northern Ireland’s premature baby charity, during this year’s Premvember.
Elave Baby is the only certified skincare range with ‘Approved By’ status from TinyLife.
Premvember marks World Prematurity Day on 17th November as well as highlighting the vital on-going services provided by the charity.
Every year, over 2,000 babies are born too soon, too small or too sick in Northern Ireland. Some arrive as early as 24 weeks, weighing as little as 1lb/454 grams, the same weight as half a bag of sugar!
Joanna Gardiner, CEO of Elave Skincare, said: “With the incidence of baby eczema across the island rising from 3% to 25% inside two generations, it is clear we need to be more mindful about treating skin right.
“How we care for young skin can have health implications for the rest of our lives, so using the purest, gentlest products, from top to toe, is where you start.
“Elave Baby Bath and Elave Baby Nappy Cream are ECOCERT certified natural and organic to soothe and hydrate dry, sensitive young skin.
“Our multi-award winning formulations are enriched with organic camomile and aloe vera, are gluten and cruelty-free, and dermatological and paediatric-approved.”
